Dean Heim & Co were commissioned by Quarters Life to design and specify the interiors for The Old Dairy—the second residence within their luxury Spofforth farmstead conversion. Our involvement included lighting design, material specification & palette development, internal layout enhancements, and the design and supply of bespoke fitted furniture. We curated a select mix of artwork to demonstrate that a property doesn’t need full staging to achieve impact — thoughtful placement and well-chosen pieces were enough to give The Old Dairy a distinct sense of character and wow factor for the open market.
