Ben Holland
Director - Project Management
Ben is in charge of bringing our interior projects from great designs into reality. He started in the world of property through working for a high end property developer in Harrogate aiding in the interior design of their bespoke homes. Ben left this role after starting his own property development business in Ilkley which has a large focus on creating design-led and meticulously finished spaces. He founded Dean Heim alongside Ben Winterburn to bring their love of high end interiors and artwork.
Ben Winterburn
Director - Art Curation
Ben runs the art curation and operations side of Dean Heim. Growing up in a family of artists, his passion for art and design started from an early age. Being in and around the foundry casting bronze sculptures from his early teens shadowing his father, the bronze work became his forte. In the years to follow Ben took over the foundry and his fathers enterprise. This led to working in and around the finest homes in the country which brought on his passion for bringing artwork into the perfect spaces.
Sophie Cherrington
Interior Designer
Sophie is our interior designer who focuses on designing our high end private client projects. She has a BA (Hons) in Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design, bringing a deep understanding of colour, texture and materiality to every project. Sophie brings a great deal of experience into Dean Heim with her career spanning roles as a Colour Consultant for renowned paint brands such as Farrow & Ball and Little Greene, and as a Sales Executive for luxury marble, stone, and tile specialist Lapicida.

Finance Director
Adam is our Finance Director with extensive industry experience.
He is known for delivering reliable financial leadership and strategic insight.
