Dean Heim & Co were instructed by Quarters Life to design and specify the interiors for their latest luxury development—a conversion of a former farmstead into seven distinctive, high-end residences. The first of which to be complete is the Hay Barn.

 

Our involvement began at the early stages of the design process, enabling us to provide strategic input on internal layout modifications that significantly improved spatial flow and functionality.

Our scope encompassed every detail of the interior architecture and design, from comprehensive lighting schemes to the creation of bespoke joinery, including custom-designed wardrobes. The result is a collection of thoughtfully crafted homes that balance modern elegance with timeless character.
